Don’t Just Sit There!

More and more research is being done into the damaging effects of a sedentary lifestyle.  Our parents and grandparents undoubtedly walked more than we did and sat down for less time. They weren’t surrounded by digital gadgets in the same way that we are today and even in the office they would have had to walk to their colleague’s desk to discuss an issues rather than pinging them an email. The result is that today that for those of us living in more ‘developed’ parts of the world we are unhealthier than we ever have been.
